We drove down to Monroe the morning of Saturday, December 20th. Of course we went during Kole's naptime so he would be sleeping during our long drive. It was kind of bad weather so it took us a little longer and he only slept through Madison. So we took a pit stop at a Kwik Trip where mom and dad filled up on cappuchino and then I sat in the back seat to entertain Kole the rest of the ride. When we arrived it was definitely time for lunch.

After lunch of course the kiddos could not wait to open presents. Here is Anna (5) and Kole taking their places in the living room and getting ready.

Kole was only able to get in one gift before he was cranky and took an afternoon nap. His shirt is super cute, I know it is hard to read, but it says "All mommy wants for Christmas is a Silent Night." Unfortunately, I still have not received that gift.

After his nap and a change of clothes he was ready to open some more. He got a really cute dog towel for the bath from grandma and grandpa.

And a neat storybook and cd about the life of Jesus, the reason for the season! Micah (left) and Matthew (right) are looking on with envy.

He also got a really cool car toy with ramps and a garage.

Micah (4) got the batcave as a gift and Kole really enjoyed playing with it. However, I think Micah was a little worried that Kole was going to break something but he was very generous and let Kole play with him. Thanks Micah!

Kole was so blessed with gifts and love this Christmas in Monroe and is very thankful for everything. Thanks to Aunt Jacci, the Galicinski's and grandma and grandpa.
