Memorial Day

To celebrate Kole's first Memorial Day we headed to the Oshkosh Memorial Day parade. Of course he fell asleep in the car on the way over. He didn't even wake up when some of the bands played right past us.

Eventually he woke up and was able to see some of the action. He wasn't really sure what to think of everything. He just likes to look around at people and listen to what is going on around him. He is such a good baby when we are out in public.
Afterwards we took a walk by the river behind Fratello's restaurant. We got to see some boats go by and some ducks sleeping on the docks.

I kind of took this picture by accident and just had to post it. It was pretty sunny outside and I couldn't really tell what I was getting in the shot but I was able to catch Kole in quite a serious moment. I think he was actually letting out a number two, as I changed him shortly after this. What a little stinker!
