Last Thursday night we went down to Fond du Lac to visit Grandma Chris. She is finally home from the hospital. She spent two weeks there because of some complications she had with antibiotics they gave her for pneumonia. We are so glad she is home and we know she is too! She still can't walk very well yet, who could after laying in a bed for two weeks, so she has to use a cane. Kole had a blast with it. He almost looks like a little shepherd boy.

Grandpa Dan had to bowl that night so before heading home we stopped at the bowling alley to see him bowl a few frames and then say goodbye. Kole had a great time running around and of course he was just a hit.

Kole has played such a important role in my recovery. Being a Grandma and wanting to make sure I was going to be around to see Kole grow up has been a big factor in me keeping a positive attitude. Every night before I went to sleep while I was in the hospital I would kiss Kole's picture good night. Our cute adorable grandson really helped his Grandma Chris pull through this. The first time I held Kole after the breathing tube came out was a moment I will never ever forget. God Bless you Kole. Your Grandma Chris loves you so very very much!!
