Matthew, Kent's sister Jen's third child, turned three on Friday, February 13th. We helped him celebrate with a party on Valentine's Day. Here he is being a funny little man while we sing happy birthday to him.
Matthew is really into Narnia right now so that was the theme of his party. On top of his cake they made one of the battle scenes, and of course he had a crown naming him King Matthew for the day.
We gave Matthew a cute little red racecar sweatshirt and a play-doh tin. Here he is hiding behind it. He is really not one for pictures.
Kole was sleeping through the party as it was his nap time but we saved him some cake as we know how much he loves it.
Matthew received a really cool sword as a gift, which was very fitting to the Narnia party. Many of the little boys ran around all day with swords and dressed in knight armor. This might be something we have to look forward to with Kole.
We had a great time in Elgin for the weekend and can't wait to see them all again!
