The Beach

Our resort was not right on the beach but of course we had to visit the ocean while we were down there and let Kole have his first experience swimming in the ocean. It was very hot and very sunny (not to mention that the sand is a pain in the butt) so we did not stay long but we were able to get some pictures before we took off. Here is our first family picture by the ocean.

Okay, so normally he does really like the water but we were close to naptime and he had reached his limit but I just had to get a picture of him in the ocean. He can't be happy in every picture I guess.
Our little boy is so smart, he knows when it is time to reapply the sunscreen. Although we took great care of his skin and he did not get red, I am sad to say mom and dad did get a little red. We forgot to reapply and the sun was intense.

So although it was a messy day at the beach, sand was everywhere when we left, we had a great time!
