From Milwaukee we went to Fond du Lac to hang out with Grandpa Dan, Grandma Chris, and Grandma Caryl. We ordered Joe's Fox Hut for supper and Grandma Chris made a really cool flag cake for dessert.
Kole just loves hanging out with the grandparents because he is always being held and he gets lots of hugs and kisses.
This trip Kole discovered the cats at Grandpa Dan and Grandma Chris's house. He really enjoyed petting Banks. He actually grabbed her skin really hard one time but it didn't even phase her. I am sure when Kole gets a little older he will be chasing her around the house.
After dinner Kole decided to take a little snooze with grandpa before heading out to the park for the fireworks.
Unfortunately, Kole fell asleep before the park fireworks started (it was 9:45 and he goes to bed at 9). However, he did get to see some at our house the night before and we lit some before we headed to the park. It sure was a busy day but I think Kole enjoyed his first 4th.
